“Diana is so beautifully relational in all that she is and does. She leads with gentle but powerful care for self and others, and nurtured our relationships with ourselves, with each other (on our team), with the earth, with the external partners we train and consult with, and with humanity.”

DIANA DVORA FALCHUK

I am moved by a vision of an interconnected, healthy, and just society.

About Diana >

My Approach

I believe we are inherently interconnected, that each and every one of us has a stake in the safety, wellbeing, belonging, and thriving of all others. We demonstrate this by bringing compassionate presence to all of what is: what supports us in achieving our goals and what gets in the way.

This requires clarity about both what we do and how we do it.

My partners and I weave mindful, embodied, and relational frameworks, skills, and practices into the processes we facilitate to design and implement strategies, structures, processes, and policies that lead to tangible change for their teams and the communities they serve. We support our clients to strengthen their abilities to stay connected amidst conflict and tension, use both/and thinking, embrace emergence, take risks with integrity, and make their visions realities.

Through facilitated group sessions, coaching, and strategic advising and work planning, we guide our clients in applying this approach to the full range of their work, including:

  • Creating and implementing organizational goals, strategies, policies, and procedures

  • People management and supervision

  • Managing projects, programs, and services

  • Navigating conflict

  • Giving and receiving feedback

  • Repairing when the mark has been missed

Partners

I am honored to collaborate, learn, and grow with a diverse (in all of its meanings) and international network of transformational facilitators, trainers, strategists, evaluators, coaches, and healers. We work together across all sectors with all types and sizes of organizations. We bring particular expertise in government, the arts, Jewish organizations, educational institutions, social service organizations, and faith-based organizations.

“Diana conveyed complex and relevant content in ways that were very accessible. Her compassion and ability to engage my students in an authentic way allowed them to participate openly and honestly.”
